This handbook was inspired after years of fielding questions from prospective property owners and real estate investors visiting Pahrump.  Since the majority of the questions were related to the same core issues we compiled answers to those questions and concerns to the best of our knowledge and turned it into this handbook. 

We trust you will find the following information, listings and maps helpful in better understanding the real estate opportunities in this growing community.  This handbook is in its first addition and will always be a work in progress due to the nature of water rights, subdividing, utility costs, land comparable pricing and a number of other factors that may fluctuate over time.  Real estate is an ever changing marketplace and we will strive to include the most current information but cannot guarantee the accuracy.
